The Weekend Intensive compresses the live component into two 3-hour Saturday sessions:

  • Sunday October 18 and November 8, 2026

    • 9:00-12:00 Pacific Time

    • 11:00-2:00 Central Time

    • 12:00-3:00 Eastern Time

    • 6:00-9:00 Central European Time

  • Two weeks in-between sessions includes asynchronous learning opportunities and individual office hours with the facilitator.

  • Individual office hours continue for two weeks after the program ends for the weekend intensive cohort.

  • Participants receive lifetime access to all learning modules, resources, and activities.

Please note: The weekend intensive includes small brain breaks every 45-minutes with a longer movement break at the middle of each session to avoid Zoom fatigue.
