MIDLIFE & ADHD CONVERGENCE
The Masala Blend Sonder Circle
A six-week learning circle where women blend MidLife challenges, ADHD, and hard-earned expertise into a bold next chapter.
For many women in midlife, the world may suddenly feel louder, heavier, and more chaotic. If you have ADHD (or think you might), this season of life can feel unrelenting.
At With Sonder, we see you.
We have developed The Masala Blend learning circle to help you:
Unmask and leverage your unique strengths to thrive in the workplace and at home.
Design systems and structures in your life that withstand the impacts of perimenopause and ADHD.
Set boundaries that protect your energy that is depleted from taking care of everyone else.
The Masala Blend Learning Circle
This intimate, high-touch program is designed for women in midlife with ADHD to build systems that honor their unique strengths so that they can thrive in their personal and professional lives.

The Learning Circle format addresses the core drivers of neurodivergent well-being in midlife:
Shared Validation & Connection: Reframe your struggles away from personal failure toward understood neurobiological shifts by learning alongside peers experiencing the same transition.
Research Translated into Practice: Stop trying to piece together conflicting internet advice. Receive clear, distilled research on perimenopause, ADHD, and practical strategies to help you thrive.
Low-Friction Systems Design: Learn how to develop systems and routines that are designed for how your brain and body function, rather than continuing to force fit systems designed to benefit others.
Focused & Manageable Commitments: Capped cohort sizes and structured learning blocks keep cognitive load low and engagement high.
-
This package is built for you if:
You are looking for a supportive, small-group environment to validate your midlife ADHD and perimenopause experience.

What does a typical session look like?
Each session will include centering techniques for our central nervous systems, information sharing from the facilitator to ground our focus for the session, peer-to-peer and full group reflective practice and sharing, and concrete strategies you can implement in your life right away.
Each session will build upon the previous session, so that by the end of the program you have a toolkit of strategies and a concrete plan, designed just for you, focused on your specific goals and needs.
What if I miss a live session?
All information sharing/learning portions of the workshops are recorded and uploaded to a private portal within 24 hours so you can easily catch up on the content and tools.
Please note that segments in each session that includes peer sharing and personal storytelling of the participants will neither be recorded nor shared to honor the intimacy and privacy of the participants’ engagement.
What is the difference between the 6-Week format and the Weekend Intensive?
Both formats cover the exact same research, materials, and asynchronous support.
The 6-week format meets for 1 hour weekly and includes asynchronous learning opportunities and individual office hours with the facilitator in-between each session.
The Weekend Intensive compresses the live component into two 3-hour Saturday sessions with two weeks in-between sessions that includes asynchronous learning opportunities and individual office hours with the facilitator. Individual office hours continue for two weeks after the program ends for the weekend intensive cohort.
Participants in either format receive lifetime access to all learning modules, resources, and activities.
Can I upgrade to include 1:1 coaching later?
Yes, provided there are remaining 1:1 spots available in your cohort! However, because individual coaching spots are limited to 5 participants per group, securing the Upgraded Tier at checkout is the best way to guarantee a spot.

While group circles offer incredible peer connection and shared validation, 1:1 coaching solves for individual friction:
Custom-Fit Implementation: No two neurodivergent brains or perimenopausal journeys are identical. We tailor the overarching research and tools directly to your personal career demands, caregiving reality, and nervous system.
Real-Time Troubleshooting: Tried a time-blocking method that completely fell apart by Wednesday? In our 1:1 sessions, we dissect why it failed without shame and redesign it to work for your actual brain.
High-Touch Accountability: Executive function struggles make execution difficult. Having dedicated individual check-ins provides the gentle external structure needed to build momentum and turn insights into lasting habits.
Deep-Dive Emotional Processing: A private space to explore the grief, relief, and identity shifts that frequently accompany a midlife ADHD diagnosis or perimenopause transition without sharing time with a cohort.
-
This tier is built for you if:
You struggle to implement group learnings without some additional dedicated, personalized accountability.
You are navigating a complex career, business, or household setup that requires highly customized organization systems.
You want a confidential, private space to process sensitive midlife, career, or relational shifts alongside the shared learning experiences.
You learn best when you can talk through your specific daily obstacles with an expert guide.

Your Guide: Dr. Shyla Rao, ACC
My mom always told me to “Make my life.” I don’t just coach women with ADHD; I help women design the conditions in their lives where they can thrive – to MAKE their lives exactly how they want it to be. I help women design a reality for themselves that is connected, joyful, and successful in the ways that have meaning for them.
Officially diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 49, I understand the “what ifs” of a late-in-life diagnosis. More importantly, I know the transformative power of finally designing my life with, rather than against, my own brain.
I bring a fun-loving and empathetic practice, grounded in academic rigor, to our work together:
Doctorate in Education: Expert in how we learn, ways to lead, and strategies for supporting the growth of individuals with a blend of compassion and accountability.
International Coaching Federation Accredited (ACC): Trained to the highest international standards, ensuring your growth is grounded in professional excellence.
Strategic Conflict Resolution: Specialized in restorative practices and conflict resolution to help you navigate complex personal and professional landscapes with confidence and compassion.
