Hourly Rates for Individuals

Planting - $60 USD

Select this level if you are early in your career and are paying for services without the support of your organization or other external funding source.

Growing - $100 USD

Select this level if you are a mid-career individual who is paying for services without the support of your organization or other external funding source.

Blossoming - $200 USD

Select this level if you are a well-established individual and are either paying for the services by yourself or are funded by an organization with an annual budget less than $750,000.

Pollinating - $275 USD

Select this level if you are a well-established professional and are paying for the services by yourself or are funded by an organization with an annual budget larger than $750,000.

Hourly Rates for Schools and Organizations

Planting - $150 USD

Select this level, if you are a small organization with 2-3 employees and the highest paid person in the organization makes less than $50,000 FTE.

Growing - $225 USD

Select this level, if you are a non-profit organization with less than 10 employees and the highest paid person in the organization makes between $50,000-$90,000 FTE 

Blossoming - $300 USD

Select this level, if you are an organization with a budget between $1-3 million and the highest paid person in the organization makes between $90,000-$150,000 FTE.

Pollinating - $400 USD

Select this level, if you are an organization with a budget larger than $3 million and the highest paid person in the organization makes over $150,000 FTE.
